Sandusky, OH is on the coast of Lake Erie.  On Wednesday evening we were with Pastor Richard Mick and Lighthouse Baptist Church.  We had a fine time singing, presenting and preaching.  I preached on the Work of Church Planting from Acts 13, and various other texts. 

Lighthouse Baptist Church was having their Vacation Bible School the week of the Wednesday night we were there.  Their theme was farming, and they had two characters, a pig and a chicken.  Guess who took up the offering on Wednesday night?

A sense of humor is indespensible.

Of course this brings up the subject of offerings to the Lord.  At breakfast who makes the bigger offering? the pig or the chicken?
