First Meetings in British Columbia

Folks in British Columbia are lamenting their colder-than-normal winter; and March is supposed to be spring in the Lower Mainland of BC.

Well here is what Sunday in Chilliwack looked like.

Although a number of members could not make it to meeting Sunday morning we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Faith Baptist Church and Pastor and Mrs. Hoxie.  We had Sunday School and AM church meeting.  We had blessed fellowship.

On Sunday afternoon we traveled to Langley, BC at met that evening with Victory Baptist Church and Pastor and Mrs. Lonnie Spence.  We are so humbled by the grace of God.  Meeting after meeting God graciously gives liberty.  We had a fine time with VBC, and so enjoyed the fellowship.  It was raining hard when we arrived at the VBC meeting house so I did not get a picture.

On Monday we drove to Burnaby, BC.  We had the privilege to be part of Metro Baptist Church's missions conference.  In the afternoon we had lunch and fellowship with Pastor and Mrs. Russel MacKay, their family, and other guests at their home.  At 7pm that evening we assembled with the church.  We presented the work and were blessed by the preaching.  Sandy and Natalie were very happy to hear someone else preach.

We have a Thursday meeting coming up.
