Some things we have been seeing in the Dakotas.

While in Sioux Falls, South Dakota we went to Falls Park, a city park centered around Sioux (water) Falls of the Big Sioux River along which Sioux Falls city developed.  The rock formations are unique.  The falls fall some one hundred feet.

Also in Sioux Falls, we went to the Pettigrew House and Museum.  Pettigrew was the name of the first senator of South Dakota.  The wall on which Adam is leaning in this picture is made out of petrified wood.  It looked and felt like polished agate.
