The Lord continues to bless us with innumerable benefits. Sunday we were at two churches. In the AM we were with Vandament Avenue Baptist Church (Pastor John Nelson) in Yukon, Oklahoma. We presented in the Sunday School hour and ministered in song and the Word of God in the morning meeting. We had a fine time. The Lord blessed and we had sweet fellowship in the truth.
In the afternoon we travelled 45 minutes north to Kingfisher, OK. In Kingfisher we met in the evening with Victory Baptist Church (Pastor Barry Farnsworth). We had another fine meeting, which lasted almost two hours, as after much music they did not want me to cut the preaching time, so I still preached almost an hour to an attentive membership.
Monday morning at 5:30am we were out of bed and on the road by a little after 6am. We arrived in Ava, Missouri around noon and we will spend the week here assisting Bethany Baptist Church (Pastor Robert Sorenson) with their VBS.
